Elementary, Kota Wisata—In this week’s episode of the ABC Kids Podcast, our wonderful host Aira sat down with two amazing special guests from Grade 6, Alvaro and Nicholaz! The conversation was filled with laughter, honest reflections, and inspiring advice for younger students.
When asked how it feels to be sixth graders, Alvaro shared, “It’s cool, it’s amazing… but it’s a little scary too.” Moving up to the highest grade at ABC Kids definitely comes with excitement and a few challenges! Meanwhile, Nicholaz added that being in Grade 6 also means having more responsibilities, being respected as role models, and even helping to lead school events.
Both students agreed that the subjects are getting more challenging and that they’ve had to learn how to manage their time better, a skill every student can relate to. But it’s not all serious business! The episode was filled with laughter as they shared their funniest moments. One highlight? Nicholaz revealed that he’s planning to start his own podcast soon — and dreams of becoming a radio host one day!
Before wrapping up, both guests left a message for their younger friends:
“Don’t be afraid to try new things and enjoy every grade before you become a sixth grader.”
